A new UK publication dealing with forensic psychology and issues of neuroscience in the defense of incapacitated defendants was recently published.
It’s entitled The Wiley Blackwell Handbook of Forensic Neuroscience, edited by Anthony R. Beech; Adam J. Carter; Ruth E. Mann; and Pia Rotshtein, published by Wiley in March 2018.
The tome is over 1000 pages long (1032 pages, to be exact) if you opt for a hardcover. It comes with a hefty price tag, too: $420.00 for the edition.
Fortunately for many, it’s also available in an e-book format for around fifty bucks. Definitely looks like an important new research tool in the criminal defense of incapacitated defendants due to mental challenges and/or addictions.
